Bossy? Me?
We did an informal poll of all the fabulous women who make up a majority of the employees here at Team DuBois Levias and we asked them a simple question: What’s the word “Bossy” mean to you when you hear it from someone else? The answers were great and here they are:
- Decisive
- Assertive
- Mellifluous
- Tenacious
- Determined
- Proactive
And our favorite? Strong.
When you speak with the little girls of this world, or your daughters who want to grow up and be leaders, use these words instead of “Bossy.” You’ll be glad you did.
