Rebecca Leonard

Paralegal

I’m continually inspired by our clients and their transformations. Almost every day, I have the opportunity to witness the growth and resilience of the human spirit. It is incredible to watch someone rebuild their life and create something new for themselves.

I especially love hearing that former clients are thriving in their new chapters of life. One person I worked with is now in her first year of law school. It is gratifying to know she had a positive experience with our team during such a challenging time.

As a paralegal, I help create space for each client at their specific stage in the process. My background working with families and children affected by divorce and custody disputes helps me stay focused on what matters most.

After graduating from Seattle University with dual degrees in Psychology and English, I worked for the nonprofit Childhaven. That experience helped shape my career path by giving me insight into family law and the profound impact it can have on young children. I knew I wanted to work directly with families and support them as they navigate divorce and family transitions.

I joined DuBois Levias Law Group because I love the environment. The firm is collaborative, supportive, and places a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Both my personal and professional accomplishments are celebrated here, and I truly feel like a valued member of the team.

I was raised in Boise, Idaho, and moved to Seattle for school. I quickly fell in love with the city and its close proximity to both the mountains and the ocean. I later moved back to Eagle, Idaho, to be closer to my family.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible with my partner, Gabe, and our dog, Cooper. Walking, hiking, and running are some of our favorite activities. I also tap into my creative side through cooking and trying new recipes. Recently, I began painting with acrylics and collecting vinyl records. In addition, I volunteer at an addiction recovery center and participate in outreach efforts supporting family members and loved ones.
